Founder - Logan Osborn
Personal Profile
Logan Osborn is a dedicated strength and conditioning professional with a passion for optimizing athletic performance through specialized training. With valuable experience gained through internships at the University of Virginia and Samford University, he has developed a strong foundation and strength conditioning principles. For the past four years, Coach Oz has worked with both strength sport and team sport athletes with a particular emphasis on Olympic weightlifting. Honing his expertise in technique, programming and athlete development. He also worked at Shorter University, where he successfully coached athletes to improve their strength power and overall performance. Committed to fostering a positive and educational training environment, Coach Oz believes in empowering athletes through personalized coaching and evidence space practices, whether working with beginners or seasoned competitors, he is dedicated to helping each athlete achieve their goals and unlock their full potential.
